  李慧,www.bifa88.com-88bifa必发官网-bifa88能源与环境政策研究中心助理教授、特别副研究员、博士生导师。主要研究领域包括能源与气候经济、低碳能源与环境政策等。在Energy Policy、Energy、Journal of Environmental Management等期刊上发表论文30余篇;主持国家自然科学基金和中国博士后科学基金各一项。
