张祥，博士、教授、博士生导师。现任管理与经济学院副院长，北京经济社会可持续发展研究基地副主任。主要从事战略新兴产业、可持续交通与数字经济等领域的运作与供应链策略及理论研究，涉及建模、实证、大数据分析等方法。先后主持包括3项国家自然科学基金面上项目和北京市哲社基金重点项目在内的20多项纵向科研项目，以及十多项各级教改项目。累计出版和发表论文（著作）60多篇（部），其中SCI/SSCI/EI检索30多篇。曾获“全国优秀博士论文提名论文奖”，入选北京市优秀人才培养资助计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才。
