摘要：

Launched in 2011, Physical Review X (PRX) is an online-only, fully open access journal that places a high value on innovation, quality, and long-term impact in the science it publishes. It seeks to publish a select set of papers from all areas of pure, applied, and interdisciplinary physics that have the potential to influence current and future research and to have a long-lasting and profound impact in their relevant fields. In this talk, I will try to explain how PRX editors apply these principles in practice, and so determine which few of the many excellent research submissions that we receive make it through to publication.

简历：

Yun Li received her Ph.D. in 2010 from a joint program between Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris and East China Normal University in China, performing theoretical research in the field of ultracold quantum gases. In 2014-2017, She worked as a DECREA Fellow at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, after two postdoctoral stints at the University of Trento in Italy and at the National University of Singapore. She became an editor for Nature Physics since 2017, and joined PRX in March, 2021.
