2020年1月由世界著名学术出版社Martinus Nijhoff Publishers出版英文专著Chinese Refugee Law，该专著是www.bifa88.com-88bifa必发官网-bifa88法学院刘国福老师出版的第6本英文专著。该书内容包括China’s Building of a Refugee Legal System and International Cooperation in Refugee Protection and Settlement，Rights of Refugees in China，The Experience of Building the International Refugee Legal System and China’s Refugee Legislation等13章，定价199美元。

　　该专著是世界第一部关于中国难民法的英文专著，得到了联合国难民署（UNHCR）大力支持和慷慨资助，有助于国际社会全面和客观地了解、认识中国的难民、难民法、难民政策及其未来发展。刘国福此前出版了中国移民法领域的其他五本英文专著，分别是The Right to Leave and Return and Chinese Migration Law（Nijhoff，2006），Chinese Immigration Law（Ashgate，2011），Migration Law, China（Kluwer，2011），Chinese Policy on Readmission (Repatriation) of Illegal Migrant（IOM, UN，2014），Assessment of the Migrant Worker Complaint Mechanism in China（ILO, UN and IMO, UN，2018），大部分都是首次以英语专著形式向世界介绍和论证中国移民法的有关主题。
