Without a doubt the best marine attraction the west coast has to offer, this pristine marine park nestled halfway between Penang and Langkawi boasts a diverse array of marine life in mind boggling numbers swimming right at ur fingertips as u swim.....including several 3-4feet long sharks (thankfully we were out of the water when they showed up!!). With crystal clear waters, coral reefs and rocky shoreline providing a natural nursery habitat for many fish Pulau Payar is truly a priceless gem!
