PENANG FOOD!! notably the divine loh mee we discovered when Dennis "led us astray" when walking out for breakfast the first morning and the jln Macalister char koay teow and otak-otak. Also worth mentioning was the mind boggling array of hawker food that greeted us at the Northam road hawkers centre as well as the sumpptuous buffet of fusion cuisine at pintail restaurant which we enjoyed prior to the PLU idol competition and deepa-raya sarong party.
In true Malaysian fashion our gastronomic tour actually began before reaching Penang with the famous Kampar curry chiken in a bun on the way of and the best of Taiping hawker food and Ipoh white coffee on the way back.
